I used to drive a 2002 Honda CR-V, before I gave that to my son and got an R53, which I still drive today.
My wife just traded in her 2009 Toyota Camry XLE V6 for a 2011 MCS.
We're now a two MINI family....

I went from one extreme to another. I traded in my 2006 Ford F250 Diesel Crew Cab Lariat 4x4 for a chili red 2011 MCS standard trans. I've always been a car guy (I've had my 93 5.0 mustang for over 16 years) and this allows me to drive a great handling car everyday. I'm now on the lookout for a beater truck for "truck" duties.

I had an 06 for about 4 years, and I still regret having traded it.

Traded the Miata for the 370Z I was lusting over, and just didn't like it as much. Too big, terrible visibility, just not the same kind of fun.

Then to a Wrangler:

And now to the Mini.

You could always get a convertible mini.

The only thing I miss about my last car (saturn sky redline) is the 300+hp and sub 5 second 0-60 times. Oh, and maybe the appearance. The Sky was definitely flashier and got more attention. But for everything else, my convertible mini beats it hands down.

For the first few days I missed the Sky but now I don't miss it at all.

Not much. It was the turbo model and bone stock it put out 260hp and 0-60 was about 5.2. Didn't take much to get a little more out of it.

I had a 2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5i SE since April 7th, 2007 with 67 miles, and sold it with 115,700 on it May 25th, 2011...
Next to it is my 1992 Buick Century Custom with 129k which I bought for $325! haha! best beater ever!

my final pic of her:

I miss it so, but my MCS will be tons of fun! same HP, less drivetrain drag, and ALOT better gas mileage!

1987 Pontiac Fiero GT
1993 Grand Am SE
1994 Olds Cutlass Ciera
1997 Misu Eclipse RS

I guess you could say I'm overdue!

My Eclipse "became a 2-cylinder" on the way home Monday, so I am
about to pull the trigger on a MB/MB MCSa w/ Tuning and Aero kit!
