any experience with Powerstop brakes?

Has anyone ever used these pads or rotors and have experience with them?

they are going on a 2009 MCS

I know about the potential problems with drilled and slotted, just curious if anyone has used these and how dust/noise/wear life is?
Thanks

We used them and they warped quickly. We find many people nicknamed them power slops due to their failures so we don't recommend them.

I have to disagree with way I personally love there pads they always fit nice. I started using them at the shop and just love the fit and finish over the VGX pads we normally use the rotors not to sure rarely use them. I installed there pad and rotor combo at all four corners of my girls Subaru impress and so far I like them

So far wearing just like her oem pads with less dust they have the z17 and the z28 are there sport line I belive those are the numbers

I have had them over a year, so far no problems at all, like the Nickel plating -- look the same as the day they were put on.

Yes it is nice they don't rust I don't track any rotors that are drilled so I don't use the rotors on the mini though

thanks for the replies guys. I don't track the car at all, perhaps a spirited drive up the canyons once in a while, but 90% of my driving is freeway, I rarely use the brakes at all. this original set has over 53K on them.
so the drilled part is just for looks. for the price, perhaps I will give them a try.
it appears they have the provision for the wear sensor, can you guys verify that?

yes I did buy them. rock auto had them for a pretty good price. they only had a "kit" for one of the ends, I want to say it was the rears but I cant remember its been so long ago. the other end I had to piece everything together. it wasn't terribly difficult just a bit odd there wasn't a kit for both. only one of the sets of rotors had black paint on the hat portion. the uncoated one rusted quickly, no big deal to performance but it looked bad. the painted one was ok, but started to rust after a while as well. As to performance, they were very underwhelming. the OEM brakes had a very nice "bite" at pedal application and had a very nice pedal feel. the powerstops on the other hand were the exact opposite. they started to slow the car down, but you had to keep pressing harder and harder exponentially to get more stopping power. in a few aggressive applications they really left me wanting. the dust they put out was very minimal and easy to clean as expected so that was nice. overall NO I would not buy them again.
