So I just ordered a Bond Street Clubman S about a hour ago... Should compliment my Bayswater nicely.
Does anyone else here have one? I'd love to see more pics of them. Most online are of the one that has been to auto shows this year.
Anyway, my build is pretty simple. Just the package, xenon, rear fog, and DTC. It will be my first manual too. Until today test driving, I haven't drove stick for probably 6 years, so I felt bad for the car. Lol

 

IIRC I saw one at International Autos here in Milwaukee if you want to check it out in person.

 

I saw one at MINI of Grand Rapids last week. GREAT look to them, the interior and the paint outside... mmmmmmmm....
This one didn't have enough options for me, starting with heated seats,but they are just incredibly good looking MINIs. Post it when you get it :-)

Haha, our Clubmen will probably be on the same boat over and with you being in WI maybe even the same dealership.

One thing I love about the Bond Street is that dash. I even asked my MA if I could special order just that dash. Of course I was shot down, but I wanted it so bad I just had to ask.

 

Any word on the date it'll be at the dealership? I'm assuming it'll be Appleton for you. Anyway, my boy is at the Distribution Center, so I'm guessing early next week.

 

Should be here in 2 to 3 weeks. It's not the ocean right now.

 

Stopped by my local dealer today and they had one parked out front while they were going over it with the new owner. In direct sunlight, it looked amazing. Great choice!

 

My dealer still has one for sale in the lot. Still wish I could have had the Bond Street interior in my new Clubman.

 

I'll be taking mine home in a little while. I am starting to think I'll be the only person on here who has one. I'm quite sure I'll be the only one with a Bayswater and Bond Street.

 

So I've had Duncan for almost a week now. The first 100 miles were pretty rough for me, first stick I've owned. Now I'm at 350, and am doing much better.




I had it for 12 hours before I even noticed its missing the bonnet stripes. Talked to my MA, and they are on back order. So I'll be getting them... Someday. But it looks so great without them I didn't even notice for half a day!
