Rough Idling on tuned MINI

Hi everyone, I just recently purchased my first MINI clubman s that was tastefully modified with KW coilovers, magnaflow exhaust, and a revolution motorworks tune. Everything seems to be running beautifully when driving and holds 20 lbs of boost without an issue, but when idling, it is very rough. The check engine light is on and it throws a whole bunch of misfire codes. I have changed the spark plugs and checked the coils as well as search for a vacuum leak. I think it could be the tune, but i'm not exactly sure. Please help

Does it have a downpipe installed and not accounted for in the tune?

Not sure, I purchased the car already modded from a dealer auction and thought it would be a easy repair since it runs well except for the idle. I will definitely check the tune though, thanks.

When it was traded in at the Audi dealership I put a deposit on it. They canceled the sale because they said it was not able to be fix and that they were going to wholesale it. PM and let me know what you paid for it don't mind. Just curious. I really wanted it.
