Who saw it, R&T recommended 50 things every auto enthusiast should do, although some were lame, i certainly cant argue with number 28, "run around town in a MINI Cooper S"

The 640hp Mini is in Car and Driver not R&T. Close though

the 640hp is from 4 hub mounted electric motors with a go kart engine in the boot to recharge em.

It's quite a creation.
