Absolute BEST Accessory for your MINI

What do you consider to be THE absolute BEST accesory for your MINI??? The ONE you would now NEVER be without? (performance parts arent counted as accessories).

Mine is the Bluetooth (MOT IHF1000). Once you've gone BT you will never go back to using your cell phone any other way in the car.

A close second was satellite radio (but no cigar).

YES!

I laughed at people paying $150 for a silly shift **** until I got one myself. Best and cheapest mod for improving the joy of motoring every single shift!

For me, the cheepest and BEST accessory has been the "Glove Box Tidy" by GoMINIGo.com (http://www.gominigo.com/8401.html)
It is incredible, just $20 and it makes your glove compartment actually useful!
It's a no-brainer, trust me, buy it if you don't have it already!

I CAN ATTEST TO THAT! Giving my history with our badged "friends." No but seriously that and the whalen are the best first investments for a MINI, period. Also just a recommendation on the RD, don't get a Valentine one. They blow big time. My dad and uncle had them, notice I said "had" they aren't as good as everyone said they are. All the V1 does is tells you which way the cops are coming from, really the only thing I care about is slowing down (granted not alot, but to the SL, just to be safe), I don't care if the "friend" is coming at me from a deer stand next to the road, an angle, in my exhaust pipe, or in front of me. I just want to know to slow down!

Got to be the CG-Lock (www.cglock.com).

It is hard to believe how much more control you have over the car when you are firmly attached to the seat.

I love being suddenly lit up by the cops when I'm going down the road. I qoute one of my favorite movies by Owen Wilson in "Behind Enemy Lines": "Holy crap I'm being painted!"

Radar detector (V-1 all the way!!) and the Whalen Shift Machine. I use both constantly and they really increase my peace of mind and driving pleasure.

Cocomats! They look even cooler now with red LED lights in the footwells.

Those illuminated door sills loom pretty cool... Any idea how much it would run getting those installed after taking delivery?

BTW... I am buying my MINI as an accessory for my iPod!
