Looking for a picture..

Hi all!
I've been a lurker for awhile, and have just started to put together my 'dream mini'. Does anyone know where I can see, or does anyone have a DS black convertible with grey leatherette? The dealer did not have one at the dealership, and when I mentioned the combination, he raised his eyebrows a bit. He said that most go with the black.

Now I'm second guessing myself. Does anyone have this combination?

Thanks!

Dark Silver with gray leatherette interior sounds like a mistake to me. I think the colors would be too similar to work well together. It might look like you were trying to match the interior and exterior, but failed.

My 2 cents. Take it or give me my money back!

Welcome Leah.

You should NOT second guess yourself. If thats what you want, get it. Don't let yourself be talked out of something. If its different, ALL THE BETTER! It'll be all that much more enjoyable in the end. We dont choose these cars to be like everyone else, anyway. Whatever you decide, good luck finding your DREAM MINI.

No matter what color combination you get, the MINI always look good. If you have trouble to get the combination you wanted, you should try Dreyer & Reinbold MINI in Indianapolis. I got mine from them; as I know they can get you any combination you wanted for your MINI. Their number is (317) 574-5511

If you have the photo hosted on a web page, you must get the URL for the individual photo by right clicking on the photo (on the host site), selecting "properties" from the pop-up box, highlighting the entire URL by holding down the left mouse button and sweeping over it, then right clicking on the blue highlighted URL and selecting "copy." Now go to where you want to post on NAM and then click on the little yellow box in the upper middle (the one with the little mountain in it), and enter that URL there by right clicking and selecting "paste." You can get the photo hosted for free at www.shutterfly.com

The other method is to click on the "manage Attachments" button below and then follow instructions to upload them from your hard drive. These will show up as smaller thumbnails on your posts.
