R53 front bumper leveling

The driver's side of my front bumper keeps sagging down. I've tightest the screw in the wheel well twice. Anything else I can do to keep it aligned?

Thanks!

Hard to say without looking at it. Can you move it up and down after you tightened the bolts. Try and inspect everything.

Has the car recently been put in service mode? If so, perhaps the metal bumper beam was not tightened.

We pushed the driver's side of the bumper up into alignment and tighten up that bolt real good. Everything is very solid for several days, but then I notice is sagging back down again.

Thinking about adding a bigger washer for more grip if there's room next time we look at it.

There are two bolts at each corner; one controls the adjustment and the other connects the bumper to the support beam. Are you sure that both are tight? And that the nuts and bolts that hold the support beam in place are tight?

OK, reporting back. After putting a bunch of thought and research into how I was going to get my bumper to stay aligned, I found it was an embarrassingly simple fix. Hood wasn't closing all the way on driver's side. I'd read this as a potential issue on other threads and though, no that can't be it. But sure enough, so easy!

That’s caught me a couple of times also. Must be another defect to put on the list. Surprised none of us thought of it!
