I got some Ziza LEDs for my front markers a few weeks ago and really like them. I'd like to convert all of my front bulbs to LED, or at least a whiter bulb where the LED is not available. I have the xenon headlights and I'd like to add some Ziza bulbs or LEDs in place of the current fog lights, running lights in the headlight, and high beams. Can anyone tell me what bulbs I'll need to get to replace all these? I'm not sure which ones are H7 or H11 or whatever else there is and the realoem diagrams don't really help me out.

Also, Ziza offers "super white" and "platinum white" bulbs. Which one is closer to the LED or xenon color?

You can always PM me , the H11 Platinums white matches the factory MINI xenon and Ziza front markers.

The H11 Ziza superwhite are a hair more white.

Thanks. H7 was only used for a few months in production before they switched to H11 for everything? So I need these for my fog lights, correct? What about the headlight high beams and running lights? I don't see any white variants on ECS for the high beams and I can't find the running lights at all.

 

Yes, and if you have replaced the fogs or got the factory retrofit kit then MINI went to all H11 , H7 was a rare thing anymore. Yep. Chcek you production date , as long as your 6/2002 up you are fine.

Headlights: we don't have any upgrades from Ziza with the D2R bulbs , just replacement, if your headlight Xenon bulbs are original, I would replace them with new bulbs in the same fitment OE. The old bulbs get burn in and turn pinkish . New Xenon bulbs should be bought in pairs, 63126907495 D2R Xenon. Makes a bit difference. We dont have LED in that series .

I'm not talking about the xenons, those are just the low beams right? The high beams are still halogen, I'd like to make those white/LED. And then there's the running lights, which are the lowest bulb in the housing that are on all the time. Can't find those on ECS.

I'll go snap a pic of what I'm talking about. Maybe I'm not calling them the right thing, but that bulb in the housing I have the arrow pointing to is amber and on all the time while I'm driving.

 

The running light is the high beam H9 bulb. When you have factory DRL on it trigger the low wattage on the high beam if i remember right on the pre7/2004 models.

I guess I do. That bulb is always burning, that's why I mentioned it as a "running light".
