Headlights and seat airbag wiring

I had an05 MINI before I totaled it.itook the seats from the 05 and put them into my 02 S and the airbag wiring is different.is there anyway to hook up the under seat wiring to make the airbag light go out and make them functual again?also can I put standard headlights in place of the HID lights to pass Missouri inspection?thanks in advance

Hello and welcome.

Do you have pics of the wiring the only thing the 1/05'+ seats had over the 02' was the extra wire set for the mandated OCC sensor. Also some cars seat have heated seats pre wired, some dont. So some might be wired .

Do you have HID bulbs placed in halogen headlights ( without projectors ) ? Hence not passing ?


If so ; option here : Depo projectors . they have the correct cutoff .

At what point did the airbag light go on? Once it turns on, it will not go out by itself. It must be reset with a tool at the dealer or shop (or you can buy one -- do a Google search for "airbag reset tool").
