I'd check and make sure there isn't any damaged wires. As silly as it sounds, make sure you're checking the right bulb. Have seen that happen before, like this NAM thread here.

Have you tried / tested the light switch stalk, did you twist the stalk all the way to the top. I would also check the relay switch for the headlight in the fuse box. Check all fuses in the kick panel and in the engine bay. Also check the headlight relay in the engine bay. Then check the pinout plug on the headlight wire harness, the plugs are know to fry out when people try modify the headlights. Pull it out and look at the pins and the plugs themselves. Look for burn marks or a damaged pin. This is on the wire harness side. Not the headlight side.

I have looked a million times for the relays and fuses. I found a post here that labeled them. But they all look good. I looked into the pins and theyball look good too. I bought the car used so it might be in rhe switch. I also read somewhere that said there are no relays and it goes through the computer. So I'm dreading taking this to the dealership cause they are going to want to fix all 30 problems at once

Ryan,

sorry for my silly advice but I would start exchanging the headlights (moving the headlight on the left to the right and viceversa and later turning the lights on) to identify whether the problem is (before or after headlight connector)

Footwell module can go bad, for the seat-belt and airbag also to have issues as the same time, was this car a flood damage , or a write off before ? I would find the history on this car. Was it in a wreak ?

I have not experience with seatbelt nor airbag problems.
What is the cost only for the FRM replace?
If you can handle NCS (coding stuff) you can do the FRM replace yourself for around $ 300.

For the footwell module I need to know if you have Xenon Headlighst or not ? And to make sure you have an R56 as 2007 was a model change year.

Some good info about the FRM here. I'd recommend finding a good competent Indy MINI shop in your area and get a quote from them. Can use this site here to help with the search if you don't know of any. It'll be much cheaper than the dealer. You could also replace it yourself and have the shop do the rest if wanting to save some money. If you decide to go that route and need the part just let me know and I can help you. Good luck and hope you get this fixed soon!
