Not an expert..
It could be that your car needs to re-adapt to the new vacuums and pressures with the new stuff you've added.
However, the brakes not working seems to indicate a vacuum leak near the throttle bottle, I think that's where the vacuum tube from brakes connect.
Power steering is weird, I can't see it being related but maybe somebody else has some insights to this.

Sounds like you need to check your work...seriously....you yanked everything apart...time yo look at everything you touched...missing gasket maybe?
....check for any gaskets that might not be seated right (did use ALL NEW ONES RIGHT)....OBX welding is usually pretty bad...the flanges tend to be pretty bad...many folks use soft crushable gaskets to get a better seal....but new OEM ones will usually work...
No power steering usually means the alternator is not working....check the wires going to it....you might have cut/broke one....

One more thought....look around the bpv....there are vacume lines there....and one might have gotten reversed or cut....also make sure everything in the area is sealed right...a misseated gasket can cause major issues too...
Yes I have gone through every gasket wire vacuum line I can find I have taken both the header and valve back out to see if I missed anything is it possible I need to get a tune or something to make it run properly. I installed cat back. Intake. Alta 15% pulley ignition box spark plugs and wires all with no issue

Normally intercooler boots are off and need to be reseated correctly. Give us a call if you need help. While the OBX header is a pile off crap it's not the reason unless you didn't hook up O2 sensors and or damaged something. it's a vacumm leak somewhere there.
