Does anyone have pic of their MINI with front and rear mud flaps? I did not see these on the accessories list on the MINIUSA website, so I thought the 04 MINI came with it (idiot)!
But now I'd like to see what they look like before I decide to install.
Also, has anyone heard of a magnetic stone gueard that fits on the rear wheel arch (apparently OEM) to prevent paint chipping?
Thanks in advance.

2004 MC BRG/W - Dec delivery...I hope

Hope this helps..

What you are looking for can be ordered from your Mini dealer. Part No. 82 11 0304 813, List Price $34.95

If you want to see pictures check out the Bridger.us/mini website. (sorry that with my Mac I don't know how to post a link to it) :???:

Hi Raider =

Yeh, I'm sure a Mac can -- but the problem is ME ! I don't know yet how to manipulate all the bells 'n whistles ! I'm getting close to 70 and had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the computer age. I'm not an envious person, but if I were inclined to be I would surely be envious of younger people's ability to be right at home with and effortlessly relate to all this new stuff. For my generation it doesn't come as easily (I grew up with reading as my main diversion - TV had not yet hit my house !).

Just wondering if the mud flaps do anything to keep the back end cleaner - I can wash my car and have the entire thing looking spotless, and when i get home the entire back surface is dirty. I'm trying to figure out if it's mostly because there's nothing to keep the dirt from flying up off the back wheels, or if there's some other reason (maybe related to the aerodynamics)

All hatchbacks have a tencency to do that. My dad's Benz C230 and my brother's Focus SVT both get dirty rear ends in no time too. It's just an aerodynamics thing. Air goes over the roof and then directly flows down onto the rear hatch area.

The rear mudflaps do help with this. My hatch stays cleaner a little longer. I am glad I put them on.
