your white and gray wires are the speaker input wires. The black one on each side looks to be for a ground to keep the alternator noise out of the signal. RCA's plug into the other two.

I'm not positive about the cd changer harness for remote power. You could check with a volt meter and see.

Have you pulled the panel back to see if the harness for the lighter is there? sometimes it will be there.

What year and model Cooper do you have?

BLACK - Optional audio ground (ties RCA(-) conductors together. also provides audio reference ground necessary for some installations)
GRAY - Right Positive
GRAY/BLACK - Right Negative
WHITE - Left Positive
WHITE/BLACK - LEFT Negative

If your getting a nice new sub and a nice amp I would really recomend just getting a new deck with the RCA's already on it. Cleaner install, more features and it will sound better.

Did you get this setup from the other WCM member we know?

YOU SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO TIE THOSE INTO THE CD CHANGER WIREING, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO RUN IT FROM EITHER THE FRONT SPEAKERS OR REAR SPEAKERS TO GET THE SOUND.

ALL IT DOES IT CONVERT THE NORMAL SPEAKER WIRE INTO RCA

EITHER WAY YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR INTERIOR FOR A CLEAN INSTALL, I INSTALLED AN AMP WELL 2 AMPS AND HAD TO REMOVE THE INTERIOR TO HIDE THE WIREING I COULDNT GET IT TO FIT IN ANY CRACK OR CREVIS OTHERWISE

AND AS A FYI RUN ALL YOUR WIRE DOWN THE LEFT SIDE OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET ALOT OF NOISE FROM THE ALTENATOR
