Electrical advice needed. Know how these cars talk?

Does anyone know the order by which information travels threw these cars electrical circuit? The key wakes up the car, tells the bc1 to... ect? I asked a fellow forum member the question below, maybe someone else can help?
I have a flood recovered 2013 MCS, the water touched the jbe but nothing else. In fact it only reached the lower 2 plugs. I removed those 2 plugs and 4 pins broke off in the process, long story short I just soldered a wire on the back of the affected pins and wired to the plug and corresponding wire. It worked great, and I don't know why the car will no longer start? The only thing I had done was some pdr work from hail damage (every panel and roof). after he buttoned it all up the battery was low and would not start. Charged battery. Still no start. Fuel, air, no spark. Everything works but no fire, strange thing is that the dme seems to be affected because with it removed the car acts the exact same, everything works just no spark. Are you familiar with what activates the dme to start the car and run? Is it the jbe? the footwell? the cas? Any help would be appreciated!

The ECU (DME) is powered through the "front power distribution box" (A400a) that's in the engine bay.
Fuses 1, 2, 3, and 4 are ECM related.

Okay, good start. I have power there. And power going to the dme. All fuses are good although it looks like there is spots where fuses could go that are not there? I hear relay's clicking, HPFP buzzing and all the normal activity. Cranks but no start. No Spark. Before I buy all new modules just trying to rule out what I can assume is safe. I wonder if a decently priced diagnostic tool can tell me if all systems are okay or if a bad module is present?
