Played with a pepper white/black MCS on the way home from work Saturday Mornng (about 745am)....going south on University from the Botanic Gardens all the way to I-25 South. Driver did not wave, that i saw, but the female passenger did

 

I snubbed a HB MINI on the way home from work on Friday coming South down Kalamath near downtown. Didn't mean to, I was just lost in thought about my upcoming detailing weekend and didn't notice them.
Sorry.

 

Ok so today i found 5 minis...it was a good day let me tell you..i found 2 in the lower garage at REI downtown. one was gray mcs with a bonnet stripe, and the other was a yellow mc, sitting right next to the gray one, then i saw a electric blue mcs one in the same 1 block radius that i put a spotter card on, then i saw a red mcs by the pepsi center that i put a card on, and to top of the day i saw a lady driving a purple mc and i got out of my car and gave her a spotter card!!! I had an amazing motoring adventure today...i had a lot of fun! well if you are any of these people then you should contact me because i loved your car!!! talk to you soon!

 

Friday 4/20 evening. I was at the Gym, inside lifting weights, and I saw a Mini drive through the parking lot. Checkerboard mirrors and that deep blue (I don't know the name) color. License plate was MNEE ME. Do you live in Lafayette? Are you a member of 5280? I was hoping you had tagged Spike so I would know who you were.

spottem my first R56 today, a red S on York/University and 6th, as I was heading home from the hospital. You can really tell the front end is taller, but overall, it looks great. I really need to head over to Schomp and take a closer look at them.

Saw a bunch of other MINIs on the way home, it was a good MINI sighting day today, expecially since I actually drove mine for a change.

 

Saw a red Mini on Sheridan heading south towards 120th around 3:30 - Had a "Mini of St Louis" license frame. I didnt wave (but did look) because I was a passenger in my daughters Audi (she is on her permit) It seems like Im always a passenger lately...cant wait until she has her license!

 

Saturday, 2pm headed north on Hiway 287 I saw the Red/White/Blue MCS that was the Dealer car at MitM last year!

 

Wow - they actually sold it then? There is a new dark gray MINI (R56) that lives in my neighborhood in Superior - it looks awesome!

 

Yeah, word was that the buyers have some sort of business that has a British-related theme, so the Union Jack MINI was the perfect car for them. Shelly was sad to see it go...

I see a black/black MCS with checkerboard mirrors a lot now in the Loveland area. Sweet lookin ride!

 

I keep seeing a GP heading west on Dry Creek each night after work. Got a wave last time.
Also while downtown last Saturday evening I saw a CR MCS and a CR MCc (no stripes on either). We were walking so no wave.
Also talked to another CR MCS owner at Garts on County Line Saturday - tagged him too.
Finally while in the Broyhill store on Colfax, came out to a guy ogling my MINI. Talked for a while and turns out he is a MINI owner as well so I tagged him too.

 

That might of been my wife and I in the MCS. We were on our way to the Gilato Italian ice cream place in Cherry Creek. Still not sure what you are referring to when you say CR though. Sorry, new MC owner.

Okay I have one. We saw a yellow MCS with a black roof going on the loop back to 92nd Ave going over the Boulder Turnpike at about 7:45pm last night. We were going east in ours.

 

Saw a CoB/B stripes Cabrio (think that's right... still learning some of this) on Taft northbound. Got the flash and the wave. Nice to see.

 

in the Home Depot lot at Park Meadows. Only had time to tag one of them.

All CR, BTW.

Do you all have MITM and MINI5280 cards to 'tag' folks with?

dark silver and black with black stripe MCS heading east on Lincoln towards Parker just near Chambers around noon on 10/12/07. I waved, he waved. I was heading west to Costco for a small shopping day, hence the drive in the MINI, hehe. If I took the Scoobie, I would have spent WAY more money.
