AHA!! Now I remember something. I now recall a fellow who I thought was commenting on my car being cool. I didn't think you wierd, only liking my car, which is also ok, MINI owner or not. This clears up the very little mystery surrounding the scenario then. Thanks for dropping a line.

Say, I wonder if anyone would come if we tried to set up a weekday lunch meeting in the Tech Center. It wouldn't be anything huge or formal, just a chance to meet other Tech MINIs (as I've just decided to call them). There's a Sonic at 225 & Yosemite, though it gets taken over by school kids during lunch time. Maybe if we waited till school was out. Hmmm.

Sounds just like a newsletter item. Write it, we'll post it and they will come.

Japic, I'm a Northerner, but have to work South. I am in for lunch MINI geeking. Maybe we should just do a lunch, see who comes and then play it from there. Two MINI's and counting...

Maybe if it's burgers you're after we can do FatBurger. Overpriced burgers and fries are something I can do...

Make it the week of May 19

and I can join in, I will be in town. I will invite the two other MINIs at the office - Nick Ko and Monroe.

I think this is a good idea to do once a month. You may start a trend....

Somebody should start a new thread on this lunch thing. That way we can keep the sightings threat a little less diverse.

Was parked nose to nose with a blue/silver Clubman yesterday by Loveland's Rock Bottom Brewery. Looked like it was a Schomp dealer car.

Did you TAG them

with one of our MINI5280 and MITM3 cards?

If you need some, PM me or Rick Gonzales and we will mail them to you. That helps more than you know....

I tagged a few in MT this week and a few hundred in NC last week. We will have plenty of our friends from NC, TN, AR, OK, AR etc. at MITM again this year. Of course, Luke Shields too....

And MINIGranni will be back.....

Thanks for the compliment! Zellow gets to go out on nice days. I've seen a couple of Mini's in that garage. I like to squeeze into the small spaces next to the pillars, I feel safer there

Pat.

Nice early morning for MINIs

Well, had to go to DIA early. Nice day to see some MINIs on the road.

On E470 going to DIA, a nice PW/B MCS going West. Tried a toll-way wave.

Coming back from dropping the daughter for her flight, I shared some DIA exit road with a very clean CR/B MCS, I think I saw a wave late, I returned it.

On E470 WB, a very nice MY/Black Cabrio (I really like that combo), again I tried the toll-way wave, not sure I was seen.

Nice morning for MINIs.

Don

Saw a Chili Red pull up behind me on the way onto 36 this AM. Two people, threw a wave, they returned. Tagged a topless blue MINI in the Target parking lot.... Also saw MBX5 on the way home on Sunday...

So today I had the rare opportunity to play in a golf tournament at Hiwan Country Club in Evergreen. When I was walking out to get into my MINI there was a beautiful Chili Red/full Union Jack roof R53 with the license plate "O BHAYV"

Got a nice wave and a headlight flash from a Lightning Blue/White MCS heading south on I-25 while I was on the frontage road close to the Windsor exit. Nice day to be out driving.

I saw nthwolf's car at Schomp this weekend. Not sure where his driver was, but we looked for ya.

Oh, in the event that anyone wonders what we were doing there... Christine has ordered herself a new cooper. In a few months we'll be a two cooper family!

We were on our way up from the Springs to pick up SPOON. He was getting his regular check and service. I'd have to say that the service department was kick *** as always.

Grats on getting another cooper in the family. Definitely fill us in on the details of the new addition to the family.

My husband and I met a real nice guy named Brent at the Starbucks at 20 Mile Road and Parker Road this morning. He had a brand new chili red clubman sporting a british flag on his roof - SWEET RIDE! I gave him a mini5280 card and invited him to join us. Real nice guy, if you read this, nice chatting with you Brent
