Chili Red/Black with black bonnet stripes south bound I-25 and Woodmen.
Colorado Springs around 2:30 today. I was going north, bracing for a rain storm. I love driving the Mini in the rain.

 

Red MCS on church ranch and Westcliff in Westminster. Had tinted windows maybe therooster2001? Front passenger headlight out.

 

I did have my windows tinted (thanks MBX5), but I just checked my lights, they work. Hmmm. I'm a little bummed that my first shout out might not have been me!

 

I didn't think I saw the stripes but it was dark.

 

While I was in the area on business over the past couple of days, I tagged six MINIs -- three in the Raytheon - Centretech campus parking lot in Aurora and the others in downtown Denver.

If you found an Eastern Iowa MINIs card under your wiper, that was me!

 

This evening on McCaslin in Louisville nice PW/B Cabrio, very fun wave, I waved back.

Pat and I were on our way to our alternate kitchen (Old Santa Fe Grill for great Mexican).

Saw a nice MCS B/B on the way back up the hill, I waved, not sure about a wave back.

 

I wave to every MINI that I see and I have never gotten a wave back I wish someone would wave back. Makes me wonder if people are buying MINIs just for the gas mileage and not for the enthusiasm that I have for mine?

 

I'm with you! Give the wave about 10 times a day and have only had 2-3 back total.

I spotted and parked nose to nose with a brand new Dark Silver Clubman today bearing a "Schomp" plackard at the Chili's in Parker. I tagged it but never did see who got in it. Nice ride!!!

Sat night the MINI5280 club went on a ride in the evening. There was a couple Michael & Francine. They are customers here at the dealership but we can't remember their last name!!! I have a photo to send them & can get their address from service records.

Saw a BRG MINI on 36. We were totally cutting up traffic, got off at Church Ranch, I think he works at the Mercedes dealership. We tried to talk on the highway, could barely hear each other. Great tint!!

 

Saw two PW/B MCS on E470 going south this morning on my way back from DIA. First was a young lady around Pena Blvd. The other was a gentleman with a bike rack and a black bra (traveler).

No waves, just a sighting.

We saw one chili red tearing up the left lane of I25 south of Denver this evening. Did anyone see a sparkling silver MCSC with Texas plates and 1000 miles of bug splats? That was us. We're visiting for the week. What a gorgeous state you have!

 

Saw a nice lookin red Clubman leaving schomps turning onto broadway to go north, at 9pm. Got a thumbs up but I saw it too late and couldent give one back. If your on here I saw you, and heres that .
