Some other groups are getting together and starting a new GTG on Tuesdays in Loveland for those in the Northern Colorado area. This helps those of us (including myself) that cant make it to the Friday GTGs ever due to work/life. We'll start our first on out at Rock Bottom around 6:30ish. All are welcome. Hope to see some Minis there.

I think this is a good idea ...lately I've seen lotsa mini's in Fort Collins on the road and wonder how many would be interested in GTG in Fort Collins or Loveland. The problem is getting them to know about it. I don't see to many Ft. Collins Mini owners post on this site, nor do I see many Minis in parking lots to throw a flyer on. I'll plan on being at the next GTG @ Rock Bottom.

Awesome to here. The first one was pretty good. The general consensus is we will skip next week due to the holiday schedule and resume for the week after Thanksgiving. I will post up that info next week to allow for proper planning.

I'm in Windsor and expecting my very first every MINI to be delivered the first couple weeks of Dec. I'd love to join and attend the meetings. It may not be until after the first of the year though. I've seen a couple MINI's in Windsor and there is one in the parking lot at CSU where I work.

We were all over Loveland, Ft. Collins, Greeley and Eaton last July, visiting my (MINI-less) sister. We didn't see too many MINIs, but the locals seemed to appreciate ours (2008 MCSC) much more than here in Texas. Nice place to visit, hope we'll make it back soon, well when it warms up.

I plan on being there for the 1st 1/2 hour then I have another mtg. at the Ranch @ 7p...I've tagged a couple of minis but don't know if they'll show up.

 

OK...so there were 2 1/4 people at Rock Bottom. Unfortunately I had the other meeting @ the Ranch but did see Richard (Union1609) and Dave? as I was getting into my car. To pinpoint a car corral or people trying to find others we should park in the lot to the southeast of the Rock Bottom (across the driveway), it's barely used since it's not close to any store. Se ya next week and hopefully more will show up

Well, it was lonley last night at Rock Bottom, so everyone else was voted on as President, VP, Sec'y, Treasurer, ETC.
I didn't see anyone that looked like a Mini (person, that is...but then again how can one tell?)
I suggest we change the meeting to once a month say 3rd Tuesday (2nd Tues. is Mini5280 mtg.) and maybe skip the rest of this month and start in Jan. and or meeting place?
We need a stand up table sign so that when one sits at the bar with the sign others will know where to go (or who to avoid).
What say yee fellow Mini folk?

 

Bud - this is not a mini-specific thing. lol. I am an audi guy and figured I would invite the mini guys to come along. Nobody rsvpd to show up and this was finals week for most of the college students. Its not meant to be a big huge event, but rather a time to get together with Euro car enthuiasts for some good food. Sorry you were the only one there. I am def. planning on showing up next Tuesday as are alot of the guys from the Audi side.
