The 1:24 Extreme Tuners come in four colors for hardtop and four for cabrio. The are made by Boley and Kentoys and I have seen them sold in individual boxes and loose.

Hardtop - red, yellow, silver and blue
Cabrio - white, yellow, silver and blue

Recently though I found a pink one available on ebay, so that suggests that there may be other colors available. CLICK HERE to see the pink one. The same seller has another PINK ONE on ebay right now for $11.99 Buy it Now. And PeopleKars has a black one available. So it seems six colors are available, at least in the hardtop.

The best price I have found on the hardtop extreme tuners is $10 HERE.

The Alta tuner cars are pretty much the same but they have a large Alta logo on the door. I know they are available in gray and red but I'm not sure of the other colors.

The 1:55 scale Kentoy tuners seem to have only available in the UK. A Kentoy representative recently told me that they have been pulled and discontinued due to a licensing problem. Some ebay sellers are still selling them. The colors are red, yellow, black, silver, blue and pink. Photos of all but the pink one are HERE.

 

I am definitely going to want THIS ONE when it comes out. Look at that roof!

 

Can you just hold the blue/silver Polizei for now? Hate to have you send just that one. You're bound to find something else I want. You have a knack for it!

That is cool!!! I was on the MINI UK website the other day and in the Accessories section I saw where you could make this car. The roof graphics were £99.

It looks like an 06 MINI One body. But if Mishka saw the roof graphic available in the UK for the 07 MINIs, maybe it's a combination of the two. Very cool and different.

Anyone else notice that there appears to be both black and white-roof versions of the silver Extreme Tuner car?

 

I had not noticed that and just now noticed that some seem to have transparent panels on the bonnet. Look at the ones in that 4-panel photo. I suspect the difference is between the ones that are packaged loose and the ones that are individually boxed. Here is a photo showing the loose packaging. Notice the roofs are white and it appears the pink version is in the group:


Now here is the boxed version. Most of the roofs are black, although the red one in the background does appear to have a white roof.
Plus some have 7-spoke wheels and some have 5-spoke. Enough variations to drive a person mad!

I have found a source for the tuners. There five colors available, blue, red, silver, yellow and black and all are in stock. The cars with shipping would cost about $10 US. I have a friend who lives in London who is checking on pricing and shipping. I'm not sure what store it is at this point but he would ship the cars. I do know that we can get a 10% discount on 10 or more cars.

Anybody interested?
