The exhaust sounds good, but it's hard to tell how loud it is. I could still hear the supercharger whine so it couldn't be deafening.

Its much quieter than the m7 (w/o header) at crusing and idle. Once it gets heatsoaked (from HARD driving) it does get a bit loud, but under normal driving condition it isn;t bad. I have a pesky rattle at 2800 rpm, but it isn;t bad and i should be able to hammer it out or put a small mandrel bend in to fix it...

TRACK DAY AT THUNDERHILL

You are right Minichief driving in the rain on a track at speed does make for a different driving experience. You are forced to drive with smooth inputs to keep it on the black stuff. I recommend wet driving to anyone who wants to improve their driving skills. It makes you focus on the seat of the pants feelings everyone should already be using.
Steve and I had the same very cute driving instructor. While we may not have learned that much from her who the heck cares she was fun. Steve learned to control spins and I learned to appreciate my new suspension mods. I've added Koni Yellows to my H-Sport springs and oh what a difference.Perhaps the best mod right behind Willwood brakes.
Thanks for letting me tag along Steve.

P.S. There still is room in the all Mini event at Thunderhill on Thurs. Nov. 1 .

Sooooo....where's everybody been? It's awfully quiet in here lately. How's life at CMS? Any cool projects you can share with us? New product(s) purchases by Mid-Cal members, etc.?

Brad is fine.

The right one is the one I always break.

Lets just say I had a run in with my neighbors Jeep.

Next project for my MINI is the DT bypass valve. The track day finished my failing one off and now I have boost at idle. ECU doesn't like it (EML), but I sure get off the line fast.
