When the wheel is hanging free does the spring rattle up and down? You can only go so low before you won't have any load on the spring when the wheel drops.

I did some reading and I found out that the new spring rates and the 30mm extra on the plunger shaft contribute to the no more huge drop.

Well, you only live once right? We'd be probably the only ones in the US with a Smartuki.
Do you need the Venom/NO2 instructions for the wiring? That's a great idea that you had, ie. Venom could be source of electrical draw causing my dead battery(s). I can bring you the wiring manual if you need.
