I just noticed you're in Indiana. I've driven to Indiana (F-1 Debacle) from Houston and back, and would never willingly wish that upon anyone. 20 Hours is a long drive.
would u still recommend a manifold upgrade w/out hopped up internals or b4 head work done and on that subject, will a Milltek cat-bak mate up OK w/ manifold?

Crap jokes aside. I agree with Randy. Exhaust Manifold (aka Header) is where alot of power can be had. Also, new ECU software will give you a bit more kick too. If you're near the Houston area, or can get here, I've got one hell of a deal going on both.

I just went to your website and a simple exhuast manifold can bring me up to 210hp?
So if I had a JCW kit plus this that means I would have like...250hp?!!
Also is there any exhuast sound difference if I put this on?
