JCW exhaust pipe size

I have a 2003 S with a JCW exhaust system installed. Are the pipes that run into and out of the mufflers 2.25 or 2.5 ?

2.25. You can pick up a cheap vernier caliper at harbor freight and all kinds of couplers and stuff at auto zone. Good investment.

Well, the guy I bought the car from said it had JCW exhaust, but Im not so sure. Its 2.25 from the cat back to the Y, then its 2 from the Y to the mufflers, and 1.5 from the mufflers to the tips. Cant see any stamps on the mufflers. Seems too quite to be JCW. The resonator is also removed, and it has the ugly little coke can tips. Do you know if there are any markings on the mufflers identifying them as JCW?

It looks like it. I can check my exhaust tomorrow. But judging by this pic there is.

Thank you Keith. that's my exhaust, except for the tips and clean mufflers.

JCW exhausts are known to be quiet, but I'm surprised it still seems quiet without the resonator. I wonder if the previous owner was going for a sleeper look with the beer can tips. Does the car still have the S logo on the hatch and side scuttles?

I looked the other day while i was trying to track down why I had moisture in the battery tray i peeked at the mufflers but couldn't see much but I didn't have a rag to clean it off to really check. Looked to have some stamping like in the pic I posted on mine as well.
