Just ordered Enkei PF01 17x7 +45 4x100 and Michelin 215/45/17 Pilot Sport 4S summer
tires for the 2009 JCW Clubman that I just bought. It will take about 10 days for Tire Rack
to get the wheels from the supplier, though.

Very nice....I have had my eyes on those but not sure which offset to go with. What size & offset did you get?

18’s, ET40. The RSE10’s are ET45, but I had run a 12.5mm spacer so they could clear the caliper.

Thank you! I was thinking the 18” ET40 would look the most aggressive too! I was leaning toward the silver wheels on my black JCW but those gunmetal wheels look very nice...the kicker is the JCW center caps fit too...nice!

New summer wheels and tires for my newly acquired 2009 JCW Clubman
Enkei PF01 17x7 +45 and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 215/45/17
Supposed to be 15.5# for the wheels and 19# for the tires, but I get 35.5# on the scale instead of 34.5# mounted. :

Question

Hey gang, no JCW here just yet, but an order is imminent.

I'll go for 17" wheels but am not a huge fan of the default Track Spokes. If I can't work out a deal to swap wheels with the dealer, I was considering these: TSW Nurburgrings.

From what I gather, the required offset to clear the JCW brakes is 45, correct? Just wondering if these would fit. I notice these are 17x8 instead of 17x7. With that, I assume I'd need a wider tire like 225? No plans to alter suspension other than RSB & end links (no springs, coilovers, etc.).

Thanx!

Looks great, very nice... are you running spacers?

I just purchased a Demo 2017 JCW for my wife with 3500kms (Australia) and am now looking at wheel options. Can anyone give advice on whether this will fit;

18 x 8" TD Pro Race 1.2 (Same as OP)
Eibach Pro Kit springs
Was hoping for 215/40 R18 for more tyre profile but may have to go with 225/35 R18 same as OP...

TD Pro Race 1.2 18 x 8 ET45 purchased along with Eibach Pro kit springs.

Now looking for tyres, either 215/40 or 225/40, can anyone advise if 225/40R18 tyres will scrub with this setup?? They are more available and bit cheaper here in OZ..

After I ordered mine I ended up getting ET40 as they ran out of ET45 stock, I then went with 215/40R18 PS4's which I am really happy with.

I think 225's on the ET40 wheels might poke too much on the front, the rears would be pretty flush. Maybe next set I will try the 225's and see...
