Thx for the reply!

My tire fitter tells me i should mount 22/40/18 on 8.0. So no one has rubbing issues with 225/40?

Did you have to use spacers? I ended up needing 15mm spacers up front on my current wheel setup and am thinking of getting some OZs instead but want to minimize spacers if possible.

Thanks!

No spacers needed with this wheel set up! Everything should fit like a glove!

Got an extra set of wheels over the weekend.

BBS RE-V7 / 18" 8J ET45 / Running on 215/40/18 Bridgestone RE-71RS / No Spacers and clears the JCW brakes

At 17.63 lbs per wheel, I am a happy man.

That's awesome that you didn't need spacers. How much clearance do the front brake calipers have?
Also, do you have any suspension mods? Looks lowered...

3mm clearance for the brakes.

I ordered these for my F54 JCW but it will be a few months before they arrive. I can't wait to see how they look when mounted.

Does anyone have wheel hub and brake caliper profile measurements or CAD drawings? This coupled with wheel manufacturer profile measurements would make measuring clearances way easier.

I finally got the wheels last Sunday and mounted rubber today. Advan RS-DF Progressive, T-6061 aluminum and fully forged. At 18lbs for a 19 inch wheel, it should be a noticeable difference. These wheels can accomodate brake discs up to 400mm and will easily clear the calipers which is what I needed. They are 19x8j, et48...I am going to run 5mm spacers up front and 10 in the rear...

You would need a hubcentric ring and you are golden.

@shadow993 Can you share pictures with these on the car? I would like to see the front caliper clearance as well as fitment under wheel well. What year JCW do you have?

@ECSTuning , your site says these require a spacer to clear the brakes, but https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ml#post4099094 this thread says they clear the brakes (implies without spacers). Can you please confirm which is the case?

Sorry, for the cross spoke wheels: ECS Part # ES#2749156

Hello

On this one MINI made a set of JCW wheels for the BBK (Factory JCW Big Brake kit) and a Set for normal brakes. One says JCW BBK and ones say just JCW.

It does not happen also, my guess is the JCW brakes came out in development after MINI already had the wheels casted from Ronal who is the OEM contract on most MINI wheels right now.

@ECSTuning Thank you for the enlightenment on this. That makes sense.
