Replacing Pads and Rotors

I swear I have searched the entire interwebs, but I can't seem to find a how-to for the 1st gen JCW brakes, nor the R56 S brakes. Does anybody know of some kind of threads with some pics or something? Maybe some torque numbers for bolts and such?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My wear sensor tripped last night, so I guess I'm doing the brakes this weekend...
