I just purchased an OEM JCW Carbon Fiber hood scoop for my Pepper White MCS (no pictures yet) and I was disappointed with the fit. It is not a very tight fit up front and you can see under the front portion of the scoop. I wanted the OEC scoop because I felt it would fit better than an aftermarket, wrong...

Check out the bottom part of the scoop. I may fiddle with it a bit and try to split the space between the top and bottom. I do not know how much wiggle room the mounting screws have.

I bought this from a BMW dealer via Ebay. It came in a factory box.

My PWB came with a factory installed JCW scoop. Seems to fit fine.

I decided to return it and removed it today. The manufacture date on the scoop was 2007, so I am wondering if it was made with a 2007 hood template and my car is a 2005.
