Just finished doing the chrome pieces around the head lights and tail lights in red vinyl and also did the belt line, cars looking so much better now. Just needing to find time now to do "the joey"

 

I personally like the chrome! Each to his/her own though.

This gen MINI just doesnt look very good unless it has the JCW Aero kit. THe normal Aero kit is a total swing and miss though.

VERY nice! The more I see the body-colored rings, the more I like them. In fact, as soon as Lyle can get a proper match for Mellow Yellow, I'm getting a kit for my rings and handles. Everything else will get the black out treatment though.

atcql - that is a sweet boot, so nice and clean...well done! I'm going to paint a R56 badge black and then replace the cooper next to my S on my boot. So it will read R56 S and under it....TURBO lol, again sweet boot!

and that's a nice take on the joey mod too. i like the addition of the red for the bulb housing.
