A few of us (keikilee, nobias99's wife, silversurfer, dakinemini) had cameras today so I thought I'd start a thread to post our pics. If you got 'em, post 'em.

They weren't there in the first two photos but I'm sure I missed them in the last shot. :???: Hopefully, silversurfer got them and will share (post).

Thanks, great shots! My pics look similar so I won't post mine.

Wow...you folks stayed until 4:30p!

Hey, my brake-dust colored wheels do look pretty good. Maybe I should powerder coat them?

had a good time seeing everyone and shootin' the ***** can't wait until the next event....perhaps we should park in the middle section of the lot so we can get all the cars in a nice picture formation. the hill makes for some nice shots  do they allow bbq's at kakaaoko?

also, thanks to keikilee and beastmaster for the lovely microfiber towels. i'm pretty faithful to using 100% cotton towels...we'll see how easy it is to convert me!

I believe you can bbq at Kakaako. However, I was just thinking that town is a long drive for some of the enthusiasts at MMM. It seems that many are coming from the Leeward and Central coast, so maybe we should move closer to them. Maybe something in the Salt Lake area?

yup, you can bbq at kakaako. but, those darn flies were irritating me!!!!

I'm planning a BBQ on June 26th on the north shore...ya'll can crash my party, I don't mind. We could actually benefit from economies of scale on food and drinks (non Guiness and Sapporo...sorry bgrpph and silversurfer!). You folks could do a morning cruise followed by a beach BBQ on the North Shore. Well, it's just a thought since I'll already have the BBQ, beach house, entertainment, food/drinks readily available.

If not, we could do something at Blaisdell Park (Aiea or Pearl City?). Whatever, I'm not particular. just as long as its safe, has clean bathrooms, and ample parking. It's early, we can all sleep on it and talk about it in May!

June 26th sounds good if the date doesn't conflict with anything else- will check. Thanks for the invite.

Blaisdell is central but very busy so we would need to get there early. Kakaako was empty by comparison. Waipio central Oahu park is also very large and has two parking lots and plenty of space.

Here is a picture of Central Oahu regional park- tennis complex and parking lot
That is just part of the huge park and there is another big parking lot nearby (maybe two as I recall)

The park is close to costco in Waipio. We could meet there. They recently opened some small stores nearby.
There is a coffee shop I think.
