"Frosted Mini Wheat" for the white roofs, like mine.
"Booberry" for the blue ones.

I was driving to work this morning smiling as I went along, thinking no matter what I call this car, it is a lot of fun!

07|MCS| 4 packages|rear fogs|Chrome Line in and out|Pacific Blue/Black Cloth|Web Spokes|Laser Blue - White Roof - White Bonnet Stripes
If I had decided to go for the "S" I would have used "NESQUIK"

Still could work

"Onslow" comes from the character of the same name on the 90's British comedy series "Keeping Up Appearances". He's lovable and lazy.

It's a Cooper...a little slower than an "S" ("bone-idle" to be exact!). He also has a white top....same as the real Onslow. The car's a little more well-kept than the character, though!

That was a great show! I even went so far as to buy the DVD collection. Very funny name.

Excellent idea! Would be a much classier ride than ol' Onslow!

I like the owner who named their car "Mr. Bucket" (pronounced "Boo-Kay") That one cracks me up!

Judging by your signature, Coop should be getting his cape installed any day now! Love the dark silver exterior...that's an awesome color.

Old, Retired, 2nd Owner

First things first...

Old - pertains to both of us - especially on cold mornings

Retired - only 'his' color - I've still got to work to pay for my driving fun

2nd owner - kind of describes us both - 'him' being on his second owner, me on my 2nd marriage

Anyway, 'his' name started out to be Lucy - after our dog that passed away last year - but I was quickly informed by 'him' that he was not a she

So after thinking about it - and doing a little research - I am currently writing some of 'his' family history. Boils down to this - William Christian Fredrick Cornelius Lancaster III (whew ) or Cornelius for short!

Leaning toward "Bella" at the moment... but like planecode's Cornelius I may need to amend that. She and I have not officially met yet and though in my mind she is a girl I could be mistaken.

Just a few more days to wait...

I didn't name mine. It named itself. My plates came and I was given the alphabetical designation _DLN_ _ _. Thus, the name Dylan since the supercharger is "Blowing In The Wind".

Mine is called CRUSH3R. With all the pickups and SUVs over here he isn't intimidated at all. In fact he thinks he is a 4x4 with a 12" lift!

Thank you for the kind words, Fifty. I really love the show too, and Onslow is my favorite character by far (work shy, and bone idle!) The name came to me almost immediately, and my wife likes it too. So....Onslow it is. Now, all I need is the actual car!

Upon reciept, I plan to christen it with a pint of Guinness or Boddingtons, and maybe dump a bag of crisps on the bonnet!
