My MINI is Damien...

From the Omen...

He was born/built on June 6, 2006 (6/6/06).

What else could I have named him?

I don't have her yet, so to pass time I decided to find the perfect name. I always liked the name Lucy, but then I stumbled upon the name Suki on 1000topbabynames website (yes I know it is very sad that I looked at a baby name website for my car). It means beloved in Japanese, and I've always loved Asian cultures and will definitely love my car, so it just seems like the perfect name for me

My MCS is waiting at the port in Southampton, but I'm considering naming him "Desmond" or "Hurley". Yes, I'm a big fan of LOST!

Here are some "girls" names I thought were fun from other NAMers and just in general:

ZsaZsa (like ZsaZsa Gabor)
MiniSkirt
LadyBug
Scarlett (like from GI Joe)
Tink
Tonks (from Harry Potter)
Pep'r
Elphaba (As in the witch in Wizard of Oz, kind of: one guy named his after the book & Broadway show Wicked based on Wizard of Oz- good book, by the way)

Reggie, which typically is short for Reginald -- although that DEFINITELY is not the name. Like others, 'cos it sounds British.

No Name Here. Not a fan of naming vehicles. I love them, but can't bring myself to naming them...... Kind of like naming nether regions.... Just can't do it. :D

Well, that's ok...if you read parts of this thread (and others) carefully, lots of other Mini-owners didn't believe in it, either...until the car had something to say about it. And it's not like you have to USE the name all the time to refer to it...I mean...that might sound weird or something...

Grrrrrrrrrrr.

oh, NO...cars - especially Minis - can be boys. Sometimes they won't tell you their gender (like mine ), but they'll tell you their name.

Yes...GEAR SHIFT...that's what "he's" got...
