BTW... i turned about a half dozen heads in the parking lot at work this morning. Or should I say Vincent did... with the POPs and BURBLES. 
He's popping like a container of Jiffy Pop on a hot stove these days. 
BTW, Greg... anything new on your JCW that you haven't shared with us yet ? The DRLs and rear sway bar your last mods ?

No new news here, just shift kit, sway bar and DRL's.

Yep ! I get the best pops while downshifting from 4 to 3 at about 3000-4000 RPMs. The other down shifts and even the up shifts give me some too though. got it. I have to post some new pics soon of just some minor aesthetic stuff I've done to mine.

Lana is now popping when I upshift as the revs drop before I hit the next gear.

Yeah, I get a mild pop or two during the upshifts as the RPMs drip slightly too. But nothing like on the downshift. I'm also up to 33.3 mpg now too. I don't think I'll ever drive without being in Sport Mode again.

ECS Tuning still has the best price on the rear diffuser, and they're good people to work with. Maybe we should contact them for a group buy! 
In the meantime, I'm trolling around http://www.minigenuineparts.co.uk/ looking at stuff I've never seen before and dreaming about important products like this:
Sorry, but you only can make ice cubes in the shape of a hardtop – plus I think I even saw a tiny JCW emblem on the lower grill!

Yeah... back in 2006 when I got rear-ended, Enterprise thought they'd do me a favor and give me a car that was similar to my MINI. They gave me a PT Loser. Not only was I unhappy with the car, I was insulted.
