And meantime 2000+ workers in the Gulf still not able to drill.......I paid $39.00 for fill up, and

finally added the DDM GP Intercooler cover/diverter puchased from Way Motor Works ! IC running temps now run 11-12* above ambient temps and have faster recovery time after heat spikes for WOT runs. A very well made piece of equipment and looks great too.

Wow. I'm wondering maybe if its time for a gas card. I use AMEX for everything but their points suck when I try to redeem them.

Nice +1 for PW Grill surround to match HD rings.

We added a torque arm insert to the MCCS Saturday, and then the MCS felt left out so we washed and clay'ed it Sunday. The MCS is now smooth and shiny, and the torque arm insert worked well... so now we need to order another for the MCS

I think the MCCS deserves a bath this afternoon... it looked a little jealous that we gave the MCS so much attention after all it got was a bit of polyurethane.

I apparently ripped my handbrake cable in half. Was parking at GameStop, pulled up on it "PING" and the lever pulled up to almost 90 degrees.

*sigh* now I have to wait till after lunch to schedule a slot at my mechanic to fix it.

Mine normally ends up on 4 clicks when I park, that's just enough where the button isn't really easily depressed, but not 5 clicks where you have to use a hammer to push the button in.

And its not like I'm Arnold Schwarzenegger, either It took 2 hands and a ton of force for me to remove my OEM shift know (snap on).

FWIW, I've found that if you pull up a smidgen on the lever while pushing the button, it relieves the tension making it difficult to press....

HTH!

not a darned thing. It's snowing, and I am sulking.

"March is the cruelest month, breeding
Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain."

with apologies to T. S. Eliot

alas, not recent ones (check my gallery) Trying to post pics from my ipad is a whole different animal...grrrrr. I like how your baby looks, you have awesome taste! My next mod will be the side scuttles, just waiting for them to come in on my vendor, www.outmotoring.com...good pricing! Got mats off of ebay from dealership in New Jersey.

Does wpb stand for "West Palm Beach"? Just curious!

Not trying to copy you, but love your photos, so gives me idea how mine will look. Seriously, you should get a commission!

My new *Let's Motor* vinyl badge for the A-panel finally got here from Original Wraps. But it snowed and rained today with more to come on Wed/Thurs so it won't go on 'til after I wash it on Saturday.

Hi Dave,

I got the mat at an online place called visionbedding.com. They have lots of stock digital images that they can put on almost anything you can imagine-blankets, bedding, and rugs, to name a few. I chose a stock image in their gallery of british flag options in the 3x5 size, but you could also submit one of your own digital images if you like. Everything is made custom to your specs.

You are funny. My husband says I should work for MINI since I talk about them so much. And, yes, you guessed my location- "wpb" does stand for West Palm Beach. Thanks for compliments on Ladybug. I try to keep her sporty, but not with too much bling. Just enough to stand out, I guess.

I added a set of Multivex mirrors to the MINI today. I think that signifies my first "real" mod since the dealer did the stripes/tint/clearbra before I ever drove it.

Installed my DDM CAI on my R53. I love the way it sounds and even my wife got a kick out of it.
