I put a new thermostat housing on my R56. I got 120000 miles on it, so I guess it was my turn. Boy that clip on the waterpump feed coolant tube sucks.

Thanks
Actually you were the supplier of all my Christmas gifts. Got word today that my wood shifter is in the mail so I'm looking forward to my belated gift. BTW, you might want to look into how parts get listed through your specified car database, as the stainless steel pedals (which are stock on the S model) are only listed for manual transmissions under the R56. You have them available for autos, but only under the Clubman listing for some reason. You never know what other parts people are passing up on when browsing your site looking for things that fit their specific vehicle.

Awesome , thanks. We are always updating the site. Lots of MINI part numbers to add. If you see something weird always let us know.

Cooper S or non-S? Either way 120,000 is great!

Added the NM Torque Insert this morning. Shifts are so much more smoother!

Found fresh oil on the transmission case while I was down underneath though. Checked oil filter cap, no wetness. Weird. I did an oil change two weeks ago. I don't think it's from that.

We can't tell without pictures, could be a number of things leaking oil. Oil line for turbo, oil filter housing and valve cover to name a few. Check and make sure your filter cap is tight enough (28 ft.lbs) to the filter housing.

Filter cap is tight, no wetness present between cap and filter housing.

Going to put it back on the ramps and take pictures.

Picked up the mail today after being away for a while.

I put five (smaller) packages in the car, and then took the first pic.

...And fit everything into the car after all!

Wow, time to move... In the Chicago suburbs, we are paying almost a full $2 less than you per gallon...

. I believe it was just pads.. But I will confirm tomorrow. All I know is that the minor pulsating effect went away, brake pedal felt smoother and grabbed way sooner than before. This May is fluid change for Breaks, not sure why it's not done at the same time😮
