Your plugs look good (even firing all around) but clearly have wear on them. I should probably do the plugs on my JCW give the track miles on them. Coils should be good, though, not many miles on them

Whoops, I meant to add that in...
Plugs had ~30k miles, and 'unknown' miles on the coils. The coils looked to be original, so roughly 90k miles.
Not surprised by the ~30k on the plugs and wanting to replace them. That’s about how far I go with the plugs on my MINIs. Changing the plugs aways seems to improve how the engine runs.

On my Clubman, I would go 20k miles, which ended up basically every spring. Became part of my Spring fresh-up routine. Realized last month that I was creeping up on 30k miles this Spring with the F60, so decided to change them out. I actually wasn't expecting to notice as much of a difference as I did. The Pig definitely runs smoother with the new coils and plugs. Hopefully my fuel mileage shows a benefit, too.
Finally got off my butt and test fitted a rear spoiler to my R58. Luckily I found another OEM rear spoiler on eBay so I didn't have to drill into mine. Had to order some epoxy to finish the project. Disconnected the power so it won't raise up, hopefully I won't get the annoying chime in the cabin. If I do I guess I'll have to code it the fixed wing option.
Just in time for the upcoming predicted rains and 80 deg weather here in the North East, I have changed out the snow tires on Morris to the new wheels and summer tires:
New wheels and summer tires on Morris
Morris came with Goodyear All Season runflat tires that I have to admit are surprisingly good. MINI/BMW and Goodyear have done a really well at integrating the RFTs to the car. First experience with them was a drive in a snow storm to go skiing. Ride is as good as with the non-runflat tires on our older Coopers, maybe better. They performed well in the snow, except for under braking. Since our purchase of Morris in January I have become quite impressed with it. Very MINI-like in the way it drives and handles, with the added bonus of space which, at times, is nice to have.
My Mini got a bath and interior detail. After the bath, I applied a coat of Collinite No. 915, then scrubbed the seats and applied some Meguiars interior detailer on the interior.
Purchased a new toy this last Saturday and have been going over all the mods and extras that came with it.
Did go out and took a pic before the rain hit.

Looks like it was modded well!
Those wheels look cool. Nice take on the classic Minilite wheel. Do you know what brand / model and size they are?
Ditto on those wheels!
Super cool looking indeed...Even in seven spokes.
I'm assuming that's 44,000 Yen +tx = $285.00 USD /per wheel?
Not too bad compared to the other newer version of the Minlites (forgot the name), I'd considered buying a few years ago at a buck 98/USD ea.

yeah, not too bad at all really
unsure if they have a North American distro, might have to go through one of the JDM import services?
you can still find the older German-made versions second-hand too
the design has been around for a loooong time,
dig this thread from 2002 !!!
@Oldboy Speedwell 'can always count on you for digging in deep.
Perhaps for another discussion - but, yeah I too wondered about the weight on those as shown on the Japanese link.
I understand why many have opted for weight reduction going for the more updated/stylish aftermarket wheels.
Personally, for me, the factory looking S-lites/Minilites, (I feel), are more characteriscally proportional to the cars design. But that's just me.
Aesthetically speaking - Me being a "design guy", as oppose to a "performance" guy...I never really concerned myself that much about the weight.
