Hey I'm interested in installing black headlight "housings?" like on your MINI on my 06 MC non s convertible BRG, did you purchase them or was it a DIY type of thing?

If you have halogens take a look at this set. http://www.ecstuning.com/Mini-2005-C...hts/ES2724053/
If you have factory Xenons the DIY it
Oh that's what that is - I thought he had a new pulley mod!

Where did you wire it in? I'm thinking about that for mine. Right now, I have a USB adaptor in the "utility plug" (or whatever they call the former cigarette lighter) and the wire just hangs down to there from the phone.
Today was the first day of BUSTER's spring clean-up.
He got a full on bath, including tires, wheels and convertible top.
Tomorrow is clay bar day.

I ran the wires behind the dash through the kickplate next to the gas and vampire tapped the cigarette lighter. I already had the Tach off so getting the trim off was a bit easier.
BUSTER got the full-on Clay Bar treatment today.
Lots of winter muck that was embedded in the clear coat is now gone, leaving only a slippery smooth paint finish behind.
Tomorrow, machine polishing to get ride of winter once and for all
, well for 2014 at least.
