What did you do to your mini today?
Thanks Albiecrazy. That's one of the benefits of my mini not being my daily driver. Basically I read the blogs and say what the heck, let's give it a try.
Look forward to seeing your ride with the new front end when I give the point run a try this summer.
Today I cleaned the leather and reset the ECU. Then took a nice long run around the lake. Running sooo smooth.

Looked all day for the clunk or noise from the rear, mind you I have a rear sway bar on and alta endlinks. I think I'm gonna have DT take a look at it cause I couldn't find a thing.
K, so it was yesterday, but the weather was perfect here in Mordor for a DYNO DAY.

Nudnik is up from stock S to JCW power output with less than $450 invested in go-fast goodies. I was only 2 HP behind a JCW with 59k less miles than me.

C ya,
Dutch

Well, I have stripes going from the top of the hood to the barn doors. Right now, they are black and a small stripe of red. I'm going to change the red to a teal color like the wheels. Unfortunately, the colors are clashing at the moment. Looking to get that fixed in the next couple of weeks! But, all in all, I am pleased with the new shoes!
Sure is! I also got an underbrace from him, which was awesome btw.
Also, he has "on sale" the "beta" versions of those very same type of rear braces for R56's right now for only $75!

Joey Modded Xenons With BMW CCFL's.
Finally went the Joey Mod, but kicked it up a notch with a set of CCFL's around the high beam.
Gloss black for background, OEM dark silver #871 for low beam shroud. Maintained lower shouds in OEM silver to add depth to the headlight assembly.
I tried to get a night shot with the camera when I finished lastnight....but it just ended up looking like one solid xenon light since the CCFL's are so bright.
( Yes I know the scoop doesn't match.....the Palo Uber Scoop is in the shop getting fresh coat of gloss black. This one is just temporary until
I get that one back....)

That is one nice car you have Gray Raven!
This weekend I washed the car and did a little bit of detailing. I got a trim brightener that brought the plastic exterior trim from grey to nice and dark black!
