Haha, actually it was along the Columbia River between Grand Coulee dam and home.

But I've driven in those states before & you're right- no matter how many you kill them just make more!

Oh sweetness! Now you need to do seat covers or something for the interior. A billiard ball shift ball at the very least.

I had seat covers in mind before I even got her. But I am holding off on them for a bit. Right now I'm shopping for new license plate frames. Unfortunately, I drive auto so no shift ball for me.

Needed a BUG Screen

Added the GP Intercooler with an M7 Extreme Bonnet Scoop. By the end of each week, I was having to shop vac the IC from all the bugs and debris being scooped up.

So I had this stuff laying around, and made a custom screen. Took less than 30 mins, cut so it just slid in between the scoop and the bonnet diverter, nice and snug, so no attachment hardware needed.

Got my Whalen, painted the numbers in.

Washed, Black Wowed, clayed, Waxed...I think this pic says it all.

A very good week for the MINI And with the combo of the Whalen and painted calipers I think I gained at least 20 horsepower!

actually did this Monday. Very simple to do. Just drilled a hole (9/16"), laid a piece of leather cut from an old work glove over the shifter To make it snug and shoved it on.

Today I saw someone gave me a nice looong scratch on the driver's side of my hood, and as I blew off frustration on the way home, I got a ticket. Oh happy day.

If Karma is worth anything whoever did that will be reincarnated as a Gulf Coast shrimp.

Looks nice. I gotta get a 14 ball going soon. The chrome band on the stock **** gets ***BLOODY HOT*** even with the window-shade in place, and it's got a thick enough metal substrate to *stay* hot for a while....

C ya,
Dutch

Drove through terrible traffic from Westchester to Brooklyn, NY.

Witnessed a Minivan t-bone a sedan into the median at ~40MPH, directly on the other side of where I was sitting... in traffic on the BQE. It was awful.

Also... thought they were going to hop over and crush me.

Oh yeah... washed the car too

Thanks guys. Hey, at least the cop was super nice, haha.

And yea, I just don't know what makes people want to do that. I've even been extremely angry at people, and the thought of keying their car or scratching it is just simply well beyond acceptable.

Thanks for the well wishes though. I have some plans for a new hood or modifications to this one, so hopefully I won't have to look at the scratch for too much longer lol.

Then again, the ticket money didn't help with affording those things, haha.
