Thank God you found and posted that pic Jack. Its been killing me to keep it under my hat. When I bought my 50 #437 they asked if they could borrow it for a day to take it out to Indy for the photo shoot before they shipped it. It was for Miles Ahead - a great teenager driving program so how could I say no. They sent me the photos after I got the car, but with the agreement they would be for personal use only.
Another JCW Suspension thumbs up
Just had the JCW suspension installed this week. Many thanks to Gmann2369 for his patience and feedback with a series of questions, and to Signcarver for allowing a test drive of his JCW.
Wanted to echo the comments of other owners who have this upgrade installed. The JCW suspension provides a smooth ride while increasing control and feedback in nearly all situations.
Nose dive under hard braking? Gone.
Tail squat under hard acceleration? Gone.
Harshness? None.
Steering response and feedback? Improved.
Torque Steer? Gone.
[Note, the dealership did reflash the car, which includes the 2011 torque steer retrofit.]
This setup is exactly what I had hoped to achieve on a car that is primarily used as a daily driver. It integrates seamlessly with the increased power and braking of the factory JCW. As others have said before, the MINI JCW should come with this suspension as standard equipment.
Cheers!

Understandable. I am also accepting reasonable offers, so feel free.

And updated the license plate recently too.

I wondered which car it was.
