Not sure if its the same as the f56, but to check the coolant level the indicators are inside the tank. You need to open the cap and look inside for the MIN/MAX. Obviously only when the engine is cold.

It's the same -- the MIN/MAX markers on my F54 are located inside the tank, requiring removal of the cap and a look inside to determine the tank's coolant level.

Better in your car than on your driveway!

The wonders of modern technology, don't forget to check your muffler bearings on occasion...they are not lifetime like most auto mfg's will lead you to believe. Some great advice can be found here:

Muffler Bearings

Ok, back to our regularly scheduled topic...
The level of expertise on this forum is the best bar none! I've scheduled an appointment with my service advisor to make sure mine are still in good condition. Thanks!

Wink

Carbon Fiber Muffler Bearings are a great, but expensive, upgrade. On the F54 you can test the bearing tightness by using the kick open feature for the rear doors. But it must be done in a public area with people watching and the bearing test only works if you get both doors open on the first try.

An alternative is to have the key fob in your jeans pocket and activate the rear door opening feature when accelerating from a stop light. If all the stuff in the boot dumps out onto the street and the doors are open, if you don't notice that this has happened, it means you don't have excessive muffler bearing noise and everything's okay.

These cars are engineering marvels, indeed .
