The main factor is the auto scale feature. Look at the scales on each axis They are very close. I could change the scales manually but then I wouldn't see the detail. There is a lot of info displayed that is not obvious to the untrained eye. All cars have a point that is where peak torque occurs. Once past this point, torque begins to fall off. Horsepower can continue to rise because it is calculated from the formula HP= Tor x Rpm divided by 5252. The graphs that I post show exactly what is happening during the test.
Most of the dyno plots that I see posted on the internet are really pretty accurate for the dynos used. The problems and confusion come when you see a plot of a Mitsubishi Evo with the stock turbo claiming to make 450whp. That's just not going to happen and the pros in the business know why this is not possible.

Dynopack question --

Since it attaches directly to the wheel hubs, is it considered to be a theoretical WHP? Is it simulating an infinitely light wheel? Or does the machine calculate as if there's a wheel attached of a particular diameter and weight?

Ok I got my dyno today at 10am In San Jose, Nor. Cali. I will post the graph later but the numbers are:

2002 Cooper S
Gear Used: 4th
Temp.: 78 f
Transmission: Manual 6 spd.
Test Machine: Dynojet

Max Torq.= 159.6 @ 7250 rpm
Max WHP= 206.0 @7250 rpm

Avg a/f ratio at 12

Mods in the sig.
