Bosch injectors and GIAC done by Helix!!

Just want to let everyone know I had the Bosch injectors and GIAC installed on my 04 mini cooper S with JCW with alta intake, 19% pulley, and WEBB exhaust by Helix Motorsports in Philadelphia. I noticed a vast improvement with the injectors and computer remap. A smoother acceleration is noted on top end and more torque on the bottom end. I recommend this upgrade to anyone thinking about it. Have Helix do it if you are in the area. In my eyes, Eric and everyone at Helix do the best job in this business and he checks your car for other problems you may have.

What size injectors did you have installed?
You had the 360 cc JCW stock injectors, or not?

Most likely the Bosch 380cc injectors with the 19% pulley and GIAC.

Haulin S hit the nail on the head! I had the 19% pulley for a while but just had the injectors and GIAC done last week. I had the stock injectors before but now Eric installed the 380cc Bosch injectors.

i had Eric install a GIAC flash and JCW injectors in my car last wednesday, and i just love it more and more everyday. just got my Helix CAI in the mail today. the CAI arrived earlier than Eric and Dan had even anticipated, they thought by Thursday, but today is Tuesday!! i highly recommend Helix to any and everyone who asks me. Eric, Dane and Dan are top notch dudes and my MCS will probably never be touched by anyone other than them.

RockOn - I too had the 19% - GIAC - 380cc injectors installed by Eric @ Helix about 3 months ago, just in time for LOTS of fun summer driving!
He is very thorough, he spotted a few problems that i needed to take care of too.

Now I'm wondering if I should have gotten the 19+GIAC instead of the 17+GIAC. Is it a big difference?

I was on the fence about this aswell, The 19% has the most power gain (combined with the GIAC and injectors) so you get the belt changed every 20-30K miles, depends on how you drive it. So far i've had mine for 10K miles, and the belt is fine. Over all the car has been 100% dependable! and i drive alot. I've had my Mini for a little over a yr now, - 42,000 miles! -

Why did you go with the 17% instead of the 19%?

i guess so. when i called Eric and asked him about it, he said he would figure something out and he did! i had the injectors already that i had bought from someone here on NAM on the cheap. i had planned on going to a 19% but i want to try and stay as reliable as possible because it's my daily driver. the JCW uses the injectors and a ~15% so i figured what the hell. all i can say is i love the way the car's running now!! stumble is almost totally gone, and acceleration is smooth as silk. everything i wanted and more thanks again Helix!
