I honestly don't understand the reasoning behind this thread or any other thread similar to this. Why not come out with the numbers when you have all the data and the facts?

What's the use of posting/starting a thread about some whp number when you have neither the data nor the facts to present at the same time??

The M45 is an Eaton supercharger.I've seen a few on some japanese cars. Those HP numbers sound like a pipe dream though.

You've never seen an Eaton on a MINI? Mustn't have been looking very hard, every Cooper S produced from 2001 to late 2006 had one .

I would like to see 300whp let alone 320whp, I would of thought with a username like that you would be 33 years old and trying to acheive 333whp out of an M45

This is simple - look at the OP's screen name. He is using a 33% reduction pulley and his goal is 333 WHP but he has not quite acheived it ...yet. More dyno time!!

April 1st was Tuesday......geeez.

The results could be attainable on a different planet with more O2 content though!

If were jumping to conclusions. since the engine type hasnt been revield. Could it be possible that its one of the Von Quick Mini's and he added the M45 to it, Or possibly the 2.0 stroker , Or somehow was able to Shoe horn in the SRT 2.4 motor in the MINI and put the M45 on that. All of which could pull the 300+ .. This being Crank HP and not WHP

Then that wouldn't be a Mini to me. Taking the original engine and replacing it with another and getting high whp numbers is nothing to brag about.

My grandmother could achieve those numbers too with a different/stronger engine.

Yeah, I believe it either stands for "Don't fling insults" or "Dynos first, imbicile!".

But if it's the first one, then the second one would violate the first one, so I guess we're all too "naive" and you should 'splain it to us.
