Yea Dude! That is totally cool. Now you're hooked. Hope you had fun.
Congratulation that is really super.

I'm doing laundry, actually...because going outside is pointless and frustrating!

But my house is clean

i wish i can wash and detail my poor mini... recently washing her down found scratch marks all across the lower end of the car (curse toronto for mixing salt and sand together!), added to the fact that we got now over 200 cm of snow this year

It's hailing here...so no pulling Clara out of the garage!

It's supposed to be nice tomorrow though, and I'm full prepared to detail AND maybe finally refinish my wheels where they are curb rashed!

Well, you'll have to take my word for it since I didn't get any pictures, but Swirl City has been totally flattened. Spent 8 hours Saturday & Sunday with Cut on an orange pad, swirl on an orange pad and also a white pad. Those bad boys are history. Also the ghost stripe were totally eradicated. Threw some P21S on top and now I'm ready for Vegas baby. After the new stripes I will Dawn wash to drop the P21S and then put on Epic.
Now snow sits over my formally pristine finish.

Wow! That's pretty aggressive - but those were some nasty swirls... I just knocked my boot swirls down a bit in the little bit of time I had on Friday, then hid some of the remaining ones with Amigo - but I need to do the hard-core boot polish (and Swirl everything else) before MOTD...

But every time I use Amigo, I love it more... on MY paint (YMMV), one easy pass leaves a mirror glaze... though if there are significant swirls, they'll still show (of course)...

The only consolation is knowing I have a clean car under the snow while everyone else just has dirt.
Yeah Paul, I don't mess around. Actually worked my way up to that combination.
Did you get some pics of the show?

I think I might have to give up on polishing and let someone else do it. I can't get past the hood without the bone chip in my elbow starting to kill me.

I got all the prep work done, clay and everything, and then couldn't polish So I slapped on a coat of Epic for now but I'm not sure what I'm going to do about the swirls.

you need some local help ML. it seems to me a lot of people in this community would do yours if you were to supply the products, beer and conversation.

ML- man, that sucks. but yah, there's got to be quite a few people
in your area that could possibly help out with some hang-out time?

until then, i think it calls for "HYDRO time."

I nice, easy, low-impact hand application of Amigo before the Epic would help a bit, too... then the Hydro on top of the fully cured Epic...

We found a new and less expensive vendor for the labels we'd like to do for the wee travel bottles and will be persuing this very soon again!

We did think about making a do-it-yourself label with the logo but then we decided we really ought to make you guys something professional and slick looking.

I have always been impressed by everyone's creativity and motivation to do whatever it takes around here! Still, we thought we should do it for you anyway.

They'll be out one of these days. My list of projects that I have my hands into right now is SOOO deep that I can't honestly tell you when though! Surely by summer.

I forgot to mention that yesterday was the first time I used OG's OneGrip. Man I like that tool. Basically straps the PC to your hand so you don't have to even think about holding on to it. Makes it really easy to concentrate on the polishing instead of your grip on the machine. Really lessened the fatigue in my hands and fingers. So I'm giving OneGrip !
