Keen. I *may* be able to make it. Depends on how the house-prep-for-market situation is going... I think that may also be Lucky Dog's DynoDay, and if so I'll probably attend that instead.

It is indeed the same day as LDG's event. We figured that there may be some people interested in observing the Dyno runs that can drop by the shop in the afternoon. Hence the early return. As the number of people who actually get Dyno'd will be limited, there hopefully will be 295 other DCMM members that want to celebrate the most important day on the Guiness calendar with a short cruise.
There will be 6 cars dyno on the day. I don't think they will do all 6 at the same time.
I could be the last one on the list.
I think you may be misinterpreting what John intends to do with the dyno day. He's not really interested in just setting people up and doing runs, he's trying to provide more of a tech day thing. You know, explanations of what the numbers mean (and there are a bunch of numbers), education of why you can't take numbers from one dyno and compare with another, stuff like that.
Anyway, that's just my take on the situation.
Also to those going on the drive:
You're stopping for lunch at the 140 Village Shopping Center and you're not going to Five Guys? Shame shame shame.

This is what happens when the "tourist" from Hawaii plans the route. Until I looked it up on Google five minutes ago, I had no clue what Five Guys was. Its just down the street from the lunch place I picked and I'm sure no one will be denied the opportunity to eat the lunch food of their choice. Gosh, America is a great place!!
Hmmm.... I wonder if either place will be serving Corn Beef and Cabbage (and Guinness )!

I am confident enough to gaurentee that Five Guys won't have Corn Beef, Cabbage, or Guinness
I am not sure how you can do both when the dyno starts @ 10AM, and the parade starts @ 10AM as well. Are you going to clone yourself?
I'm a Gemini (the Twins) so I won't have any problems being in 2 places at once . Since I helped plan the parade I'm definitely there. If the weather cooperates maybe I'll have the wires back on the car and Milltek underneath.
Just a small clarification: the starting point is Long Gate Shopping Center not Lions Gate. An easy mistake, because of the Howard High School Lions about a mile down the road.
I am ready to get out and drive, and competing events are always fun. We are a big club and there can be something for everyone on this weekend. Need to wait a week to see how the schedule shapes up, but I should be able to be there.

I should be able to make this one. It's good too cuz i haven't been driving the MINI as much lately. I drove her once within the past two weeks, since we had all the bad weather and I was on vacation for a week.
Drove her around last night though, and did it feel good!
