Are there any plans in the works for a fall foliage drive?

 

It looks like there will be one on October 7... but it will be a long day, since the area we're going to be is in upper western MD I think...

I saw that post but I was hoping for something later in October, early November. FYI: October 7th is a holiday weekend.

The October 7 drive is fairly firm. The leaves should peak early in that part of the world due to the dry weather we have been having.

With the holiday weekend, we hope people will come up on Friday night. I am working on getting a reduced rate at a local motel, join us for dinner and to walk around the First Friday events in Cumberland.

That sounds like fun... I may be interested in staying overnight.

 

just checked the schedule, not game on the 7th or 15th, looks like ill be able to make both events (unless work jumps in and interferes)

 

Wish we could go, but Dale and I are already heading up to PA for my niece's Christening, I'm the Godmother . Yep, first time Auntie!
