Anyone here using the multivex mirror?

I've been checking out those multivex mirrors, but I'd like to see them in person. So I was wondering if anyone had them so the next time we get together I could check them out. If anyone has an opinions about these mirrors and I'd like to hear them also.

Thanks

I just bought one today for the right mirror. Saw a thread ealier today and decided to just get it...I read through the thread and what the web site had to say. Figured it was worth a try.

I've had them on for about a year and they work very well, although it takes a few days for the brain to compensate for the wide angle of view. I'm pleased! They have pretty much removed all blind spots.

Given the opportunity though, I would like to see one maybe before I install it.

Install is trivial. The back of the mirrors are cut to be the same size/shape as the existing glass. On the back have several pieces of double-sided foam sticky pads and you stick them on top of the existing mirrors (after cleaning the surface with some good-natured alcohol). It takes 5 minutes to do. I was worried that the foam tape might not last, but I have been pleasantly surprised. They made it thru a winter, and 2 summers, and a dusty, potholed driveway, and the Dragon & MOT, and numerous car cleanings; they still look like the day they were installed. I'm just over in Clarksville and I'm sure we'll meet sometime so you can see them.

Are those the mirrors that have a different curve to them to give more of a viewing angle?

Yep. They can be found at: http://www.safetymirrorsonline.com/html/technology.htm.

There's also a thread about these too:
