I will be trailering my 2008 Mini Cooper S behind my RV to Florida this fall. I've been search forums to find the tie down points on the 2008 mini with no luck. Some say I need a T-Hook however I can not find where to install. I found where there is a pad, maybe the jack pad, on the corners of the underside of the car however these don't seem to want to come off easy. I'd rather not break on off...,

Any help locating these would be appreciated.

Your on the right track. The lifting pad has a pin in the center that will release it exposing the oval hole where your t hook will go. Its hard to visuiliaze so GOOGLE mini cooper lifting block. And click images so u can see one removed.
