I don't really know if the whopper car is a was it you thread. More of a MINIs in General thread. But, whatever . I saw quite a few MINIs yesterday, but can't remember where since I wasn't motoring at the time :(.

 

I see so many minis everday going to work on 495N that I rarely post every one that I see. But, this morning saw a blue Cooper convertible with blue roof that was half open and had a black skull and bones sticker on the gas cap. (very cool)

 

As much as I hate to agree, it is rather retarded the threads were merged.
Obviously whomever owns the Whopper car is not a NAM member, or we'd have known... And now people who may know will post in the was it you thread, when thats not the real purpose. The purpose is to spot known members in the DCMM area, not to debate/discuss a special car.

 

True, but if you read through this massive thread, you will see that there are other people (non-DCMM) people that have posted seeing other MINI/Minis. I have not seen any debate over the Whopper car, only your reply to the original post, so that is why I merged the threads.

 

Not to interupt the debate, but I saw what appeared to be a RG/RG (it was dark so Im not positive) MCS with plates "MYT MINI" in front of 5 Guys at the Fairfax town center at about 1000pm.

 

Saw a Mini today in Tysons with plates "NOT VAN"

 

I saw a Space Blue MC Checkmate with "Scuba" stuff and a long haired blonde female driving on Father Hurley about 9:45 PM tonight comming home from MoT. We waved to eachother.

 

Tagged yesterday in the parking lot of Target in Falls Church - Alaska plates! TAZ MAN. If you are here for a while, please come out and play with us.

 

I tagged a GP yesterday in Potomac Yards yesterday - when I came out the guy was three shades of puzzled - so I went up and introduced myself - his name was Jacob and he and his wife both have MINIs. Hopefully they'll come to some events.

 

spotted.....DS/W MCS with PA plates....across the street from me. New neighbor with a MINI....already gave me the wave even though he was driving his truck

 

Two other PW/Bs within a half mile stretch of Braddock Road near GMU around 6:30 pm this evening...one at the Roberts Road intersection and another headed eastbound just shy of Ox Road. I was headed westbound. Not sure if you saw my " "...

Eastbound of 66. Approx 6:30 PM. Right before Nutley Street. Green Mini named Pearl? "How-dee!" letters on the back. So cute. Having grown up in Tennessee and watched many a Hee-Haw episode, the reference made me very happy. (Just need a price tag attached to your antennae).

Westbound on the Dulles Toll Road. Approx 6:45 PM. Right at the first toll booth off 495. Blue B3AST in far left lane gave my CR a thumbs-up? Couldn't really tell, but he spend off before I could wave back. Then I got off at WolfTrap so couldn't play tag.

I was driving on 175 going towards Target, you were on the other side. You probably didnt see me because you definitely had the sun in your eyes!

I waved anyhow.

 

Yup, that was me! If you ever see MRFALCN in the lot, go ahead and come into Borders and ask for Justin!

 

I keep meaning to go in there again and pick up a book on Learning how to speak German. I will have to do that soon

I passed 24KMINI today going north on I-95 approx 7:45 AM this morning. Waved but passed to quickly to see if there was a response.

Last night at GMU. Parked next to a sky blue MCS with VA tags that read MNMLST

 

Saw a PW/B MCS in the Home Deopt parking lot in Pasadena on Sunday. Got a wave back...had to park next to her so Nigel would have a Mini-buddy to talk to whilst I shopped

Saw a MCSC there a few weeks back with Oregon plates

Home Depot must be where all the local Mini Owners shop

 

I saw a shiny EB/B heading north on Georgia north of Olney at around 3:30pm Saturday. I waved, wasn't sure if you waved back or not.

 

Dark Silver MCS on Duke Street, yesterday, with license RAMINI. We waved to each other at the light.

 

The last few days I have been driving up and down 13th Street, NW in Washington DC. I've been driving down it in early in the morning and driving up it late at night.

Between U Street and Hamilton Street, I have counted 6 MINI Coopers parallel parked along that 2 mile stretch of street.

Of course, no-one in them at 6:00 AM or 11:30 PM, but still hurrah!
